Tough Conversations

USITT 2017: Tough Conversations – Principles of Employee Performance Management

Through the lens of professional production managers with a variety of theater experiences and regions, this session focused on guiding principles of why, how and when to address employee performance issues in a work environment. There was a healthy balance of lessons learned from the real life experience of these managers as well. Spoiler alert: it ain't easy.
